The Official Bent County-Las Animas Cemetery District

Monuments or markers placed in the Cemetery shall be made of granite, standard bronze or marble.  No other type of monument or marker is accepted.  They shall be paid in full before they are set. 
 

Only Flat footstones are authorized; no wedge style. 
 

All Headstones, monuments, markers or corner stones shall be erected by or under the supervision of the Sexton.   None other than the employees of the Cemetery may erect stones, monuments, etc.

Employees or the Cemetery shall not be responsible for straightening grave markers, nor repair of same or assume any responsibility whatsoever of such work done by others.
